Noodles

Delicious. Right down the road from our apartment, we found a noodle place that served us a huge meal, all for 12,000 won. That's like 10 bucks for the two of us. And as always, no tip or tax. Amazing. It was the kind of place where you sit down cross-legged on a few pillows. As usual, they include a bunch of sides for no extra cost, and then we ordered two main dishes. Of course by "ordered," I mean randomly point at the all-Korean, pictureless menu as the waitress stares at us like we're dumb. Finally, she understood that we had no clue whatsoever as to what we were doing, and brought us two random dishes:

Marie was digging the porridge-like soup, and I had the equivalent of a linguine and clam sauce. Yes.

I must have eaten thirty clams. Score. Another great success in the land of Korea.

Also, here is a little bit of awesome, from an ad in our elevator - It's a happy choice!
