Street Vendor Food

Tonight Nick and I decided to grab some food from one of the many street vendors that are around Hwajeong. We pointed at two different items and they quickly dipped them into the fryer to heat them up all hot and toasty. We got the corn dog looking ones - which surprisingly turned out to be deep fried corn dogs, they even put ketchup on them - and we also got 6 crispy dumplings which had glass noodles and ground pork (I think??) inside. Add a bottle of water and our grand total came to 5500 won for the two of us. That would be a whopping $4.40. Woohoo!

Then we went to the Save Mart to get some groceries (they don't have just grocery stores here, they have huge stores with clothing, shoes, home goods and then the grocery section is in the basement). While we were getting our lunches and fruit servings for the next week we saw this little gem:

Mother's Finger is a brand that sells gum and breath mints. Not sure what it has to do with a finger though.
