Sushi For Our 2 Year Anniversary :)

Two years ago today Nick and I had our first date :) It's nice thinking how that day started something so wonderful in both our lives. To celebrate Nick and I went for sushi at Sushi Hana, a sushi boat restaurant around the corner from our apartment. It has really high quality fish and unlimited miso soup and iced green tea. Their rolls are pretty inventive, to say the least. We love their salmon rolls topped with onion and a slightly spicy creamy sauce. They have lots of fresh tuna and fantastic crab. The chefs are very kind and always made sure we had what we wanted, even if it wasn't on the boat.

We had lots of things made to order for us and had a great meal. It was strange but our favorite was a roll made with crab salad, wrapped with cucumber instead of seaweed, and topped with...mustard. Yup, mustard. It ended up being really tasty, it was very fresh and the texture of the crab mixed with the crunchy cucumber was good.

And of course, no meal could be complete without a little bit of Engrish...say hello to the happy virus roll.
