Now That's A Lot Of Pork

Today Nick and I spent a busy day at work and then went over to Costco (most likely for the last time!) to get our meat for the next 6 weeks. They were out of our normal pre-cut pork tenderloin, but for the same price (around 20,000 won!) they had a very large tenderloin all wrapped up, uncut. Nick and I decided that for the price, I could just cut it all up at home.


It was a heck of a job cutting up so much pork! I felt like a butcher, haha. Nick got some photos of me chopping up the pork as I got more and more unhappy slicing off silverskin and handling all that raw meat. After I was done we had 22 slabs of meat - that's a lot of food! I was quite over it by the time I was done.
