Tonight I made Italian meatloaf in my little baking dish and had some steamed broccoli, carrots and potatoes in a garlic butter sauce as the side. I minced up onion, carrot and garlic and mixed it into the hamburger meat with some olive oil, pasta sauce, rosemary, basil and pepper, baking the whole thing in my toaster oven until it was just crispy on the outside. Nick liked it. Nick ate all of it. Then Nick ate the rest of mine. Then he licked both plates clean.
I'm going to go ahead and say this dinner was a winner, haha.
